Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform loading and unloading of goods following procedures, verifying quality and quantity;
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the receiving area, control of pallets, and proper use of tools and equipment, following safety standards;
• Maintain proper storage and location of goods, ensuring system updates;
• Prepare goods for store replenishment;
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy;
• Sort and organize goods for deliveries;
• Prepare and separate items for customer orders and transfers;
• Record damages in the system;
• Implement new product displays according to plans;
• Identify potential visual stock issues;
• Ensure proper merchandising and safety of displayed products;
• Restock and face shelves;
• Assist in planning store furniture needs;
• Coordinate procurement processes with headquarters;
• Follow up on purchase alerts and minimize issues;
• Manage promotional actions and tagging in the system;
• Monitor stock alerts and act accordingly;
• Follow up on supplier orders;
• Track stored goods and internal movements;
• Work with the Promise Management team on
  -
  - stock issues;
• Follow up on customer orders and resolve issues;
• Oversee delivery circuits and intervene if needed;
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience;
• High school diploma (12th grade);
• Experience with load handling machinery (preferred);
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Organizational skills and responsibility;
• Proactive attitude;
• Basic computer skills.
