Job Title: Customer Support Agent
Join our social network platform as a Customer Support Agent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer service at both national and international levels;
- Managing multiple processes simultaneously;
- Monitoring various processes to ensure procedural compliance and meeting all requirements;
- Analyzing and validating documents in accordance with contractual guarantees.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: 12th year level or Technical Course (eliminatory factor);
- Good knowledge of English (eliminatory factor);
- Previous experience in customer support within a contact center (preferred);
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
