Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th year level or Technical Course (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English (mandatory);
- Previous experience in customer support in a contact center (preferred);
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Immediate availability.
