Overview
We’re recruiting a Process Operator to support the continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, following IOS/Open+ guidelines to deliver business results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, executing basic technical intervention according to IOS/Open+ guidelines to deliver business results aligned with Company strategy.
- Use and comply with all standard OPEN+ systems and tools (BOS, QFlag, CL, CIL, IPS, Defect Handling, etc) as required (e. g. , Component tools with AM Step4).
- Contribute to continuous improvement and loss elimination for the assigned Equipment.
- Act as the assigned OPEN+ champion within an autonomous/self-sufficient team to develop team capabilities and use these capabilities to eliminate losses.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
- Promote a transparent safety culture and use preventive/predictive approaches in line with Open+/IOS.
- Ensure compliance to PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Collaborate with the quality department to implement and execute quality programs to prevent incidents and
- conformities in the process and product integrity. - Ensure relevant quality documentation is properly completed.
- Execute autonomously basic
- solving activities. - Collaborate with team members to deliver high internal and external customer satisfaction through Open+/IOS tools.
- Operate equipment in line with production plans to deliver high customer service levels.
- Promote standardization and knowledge sharing of best practices and propose new solutions to eliminate production losses.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to achieve and improve KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost); restore and improve machine condition using Pillars DMS.
- Operate production equipment to deliver productivity targets by eliminating losses related to uptime, DIM Waste, R&M, utilities and environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and productivity standards through a
- loss mindset and kaizen activities using problem solving and OPEN+ tools. - Act as a member of an autonomous/self-sufficient team to drive cultural transformation as per Open+/IOS journey.
- Provide information for smooth production across teams, support groups and project managers to monitor issues and share experiences to increase competences.
- Complete necessary forms and data entry to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention.
- Implement and propose improvements of standard work processes defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factor, SWP, etc).
- Ensure self and team capabilities based on qualification matrices.
- Actively use digital systems/tools to eliminate losses as Manufacturing Data User and Wearable User.
Skills And Competencies
- Technical School (Secondary Technical School or Technical University) or qualification through internal training package.
- Experience in IWS/Lean Manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Experience in IWS DMS and Tools is an advantage.
