Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operating Center Engineer to play a key role in
- time system monitoring, event logging, and incident management. Here, your analytical mindset and curiosity will drive root cause analysis and help shape escalation processes for smoother operations in Mission Critical environments that are vital for our society.
You will be part of our growing One
Shore teams that will be working with Netherlands and other European countries.
What you will do:
Monitor alerts via Zabbix, SCOM, or similar monitoring tools to detect system anomalies;
Log events and incidents accurately with clear documentation;
Use ticketing systems to register, update, and track incidents from detection to resolution;
Communicate effectively in writing across technical and
- technical teams;
Analyze issues deeply by identify what’s happening, what actions are needed, and who should be involved;
Proactively follow up on incidents and ensure timely updates and closure.
What you are like:
Knowledge or
- on experience (valued) with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SCOM, or equivalent;
Knowledge of ticketing/logging systems and best practices in incident documentation;
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills;
Strong written communication for logging and team collaboration;
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail;
Excellent analytical and

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
