Operational and Permanent Control Senior Analyst

Join BNP Paribas CIB as an Operational and Permanent Control Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the control framework for all operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and external supervisory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks and controls (RCSA) for high‑complexity processes, ensuring material risks are identified and mitigants are in place.
• Manage procedures: implement group procedures locally, maintain and communicate procedures, calibrate them based on risk assessment outcomes.
• Implement and coordinate complex controls and action plans, review control results and define remediation plans.
• Document findings, recommendations and permanent control actions, ensuring timely closure of internal and external audit findings.
• Manage high‑complexity historical incidents, analyze incidents and define corrective measures.
• Provide management support, participate in operational risk committees, perform reporting, and support training on the risk framework.
• Lead and deliver OPC‑related projects, ensuring quality and deadlines, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Project Management, Consulting, Risk & Controls or similar roles.
• Advanced written and oral English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power
  Point, Word).
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational and results‑driven mindset.
