Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

1. Support Digital Finance and Finance Transformation organizations (both
   - recurring and recurring costs) in setting
   - year financial targets through a converged process.
2. Drive financial and workload planning/forecast processes, including synthesizing plans and challenging contributions.
3. Establish and maintain consolidated financial reporting, ensuring consistency, compliance, and tool integration, and present findings to operational managers monthly.
4. Ensure timely and meaningful planning and reporting.
5. Monitor actuals versus forecasts, invoiced versus actuals, and implement corrective measures as needed.
6. Propose and coordinate mitigation actions to support management
   - making.
7. Collaborate with central controllers for operational topics and planning/forecast alignment.
8. Utilize financial processes, tools, legal, HR processes, and basic project management in operational areas.
9. Drive performance management and continuous improvement.
10. Analyze data on performance against budgets and targets, highlighting discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
11. Ensure product Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) traceability over time.
12. Manage order
    - up, including ordering, receipts, and invoicing.
13. Prepare monthly reports, analyses, and correct misbookings.

2. Understanding of domain needs while aligning with
   - level guidance and financial targets.
3. Educational background in Finance or related fields.
4. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Controlling.
5. Skill in agile, reliable, and fast data management.
