CANDIDATE

The candidate to be selected, must have the following responsibilities:

• Adapt procution’s response to meet the challenges posed by clients;
  
  
  
  Anticipate and resolve conflicts between Business Development and Production activities;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure the proper and balanced constitution of project cells;
  
  
  
  
• Support the integration of new project managers and team leaders;
  
  
  
  
• Develop and implement project coordination and production processes that ensure high quality, client satisfaction, and productivity;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of PMs and TLs to ensure diligent and competent execution and their roles;
  
  
  
  
• Keep the legislation database of the business unit updated, ensuring its communication and compliance;
  
  
  
  

PROFILE

• Pre-bologna bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering;
  
  
  
  
• Post-graduate studies in project management (preferred factor);
  
  
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in english;
  
  
  
  
• Minium of8 years of experience in coording
  - scale infrastructure projects;
  
  
  
  
• Proven ability in business development.
