Your Role

• Operational Meeting Management: Support with internal communication and scheduling of meetings. Prepare agendas, be responsible for summaries, and follow up on project meetings.
• Project Governance Support: Maintain decision logs and action trackers. Track action items and manage documentation in Confluence.
• HR Quality Support: Conduct system checks and manual data reviews. Review and track e‑signature processes.
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain knowledge documentation. Gather and organize Ways of Working Council information on our internal platform. Assist with onboarding/offboarding concepts and upskilling sessions.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related fields.
• Working Style: Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Power
  Point, Excel, and Outlook). Comfortable with digital tools such as Confluence, Share
  Point, and MS Teams is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
