Accountabilities:
As a GBS Operational Excellence Leader, you will implement the Operational Excellence programme across Global Business Services (GBS) locations in Europe (Lisbon, Warsaw, & UK). Your responsibilities include leading improvement projects, delivering Operational Excellence training, mentoring Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects, and supporting global process standardization in the region. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the GBS Operational Excellence programme and related tools.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Finance
- Proven experience leading business process standardization and improvement projects
- Working knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, etc. ) and DMAIC methodology
- Experience delivering Operational Excellence training and mentoring improvement projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Effective internal consulting skills across all management levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power
Point, and Word
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 10 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects within an international environment
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMI)
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Theory of Constraints methodologies
- Familiarity with MS Power Apps and Mini
