Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our operational excellence and change management activities in Energy Systems Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. This is a newly established role in the region. You will report to both the Finance and Performance Manager and the Global Operational Excellence Lead, while working closely with the Regional Leadership Team and the global network of Operational Excellence Managers.
As part of the global operational excellence team, the Operational Excellence Manager will drive
- change improvements in operational performance, delivering greater value to customers, employees, DNV Energy Systems, and society. This will be achieved by developing and leveraging our Lean Operational Excellence methodology, empowering teams, and leading key improvement initiatives to achieve measurable benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Operational Excellence Lead to identify, prioritize, and launch improvement pilots across the Southern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America region.
- Provide proactive coaching on Lean management, process improvement, and
- solving to
- and
- led improvement pilots and initiatives, supporting as required. - Collaborate closely with a global team of Operational Excellence Managers and share lessons learned.
- Lead and proactively drive Operational Excellence and Change Management initiatives.
- Assist in designing, refining, and tailoring Lean Operational Excellence, Performance Management, and Change Management concepts.
- Develop Lean Operational Excellence learning paths and deliver training (both
- person and virtual). - Occasional travel may be required.

To be successful in this role, you need to possess:
- Proven experience in operational improvements and change management.
- Experience in coaching, or a strong interest in coaching, and being a change advocate.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies, or a strong interest in learning them.
- Experience working in an international, complex environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to handle
- pressure situations. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in virtual and physical teams.
- Excellent English skills.
