Re, you will act as the convergence point, enabling the coordination of transversal topics and ensuring proper
- up across silos, different products, and teams.
You will be key in ensuring that support teams and various vendors (Saa
S-based solutions) deliver in alignment with business needs.
Main missions
- The Product Owner manages the squad, ensuring it has all necessary means to accomplish its mission proactively and effectively.
- You are the agility ambassador and the accountable owner of delivery, engagement, customer value, and alignment with the product lifecycle.
- You work closely with the Product Manager to translate the product strategy into deliverables.
- You maintain strong contact with business stakeholders to improve solutions and develop new functionalities. You also promote the product's value within your entities and manage user groups.
- You play a key role in managing vendors and their roadmaps.
- You identify necessary skills and experience levels (Business Analysts, builders, experts, developers) for your product.
- You manage the backlog in line with customer priorities, ensuring delivery velocity.
- You promote best practices such as continuous improvement and strive for excellence based on key KPIs.
Your Profile
You have a proven track record in managing Saa
S solutions.
You have experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, including onshore and offshore delivery centers.
You excel at engaging stakeholders and keeping them informed about project progress and challenges.
Technical skills
- Team coordination, preferably in multinational and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Resilience and eagerness to handle complex topics in ambiguous or siloed contexts.
