We are currently looking for an Operational Resilience Officer – Lisbon or Porto

Key Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM

• Global Security framework / Transversal activities
• Promote risk identification within Global Security scope and ensure
  - up and development of preventive/corrective actions;
• Participate in creating and developing normative documents and guidelines, and monitor their enforcement;
• Ensure development and implementation of training and awareness plans for staff;
• Support the development of an advanced security and risk culture;
• Enhance reporting frameworks and contribute to organizational committees within the scope.

Specific to Business Continuity & Crisis Management

• Serve as Alternate Business Continuity Officer and Alternate Crisis Officer.
• Support the implementation of the business continuity framework.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining a business continuity strategy based on impact assessments.
• Assist in formalizing, following up, and reporting on the business continuity framework as per Group requirements.
• Participate in regular testing and exercises of continuity strategies.

Specific to Physical Security

• Align physical security framework with guidelines and risks.
• Advise and support the implementation of security requirements for personnel and premises.

Qualifications

As our new Operational Resilience Officer, you should have:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit, or related fields
• Experience in Internal Control and Risk Management
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (at least B2)
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Respect for procedures and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, adapt, and prioritize tasks
