About The Job

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers
- on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn.

Your Main Activities

• Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and
  - ups for various committees.
• Manage and communicate
  - related requests with stakeholders (Statistics; KPIS; presentations; etc. ).
• Provide regular updates, including weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC’s senior management; support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators; use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports.
• Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perfect fluency in English;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
  Point, Word), Share
  Point, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
