Operational Risk & Control Trainee
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers
- on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and
- ups for various committees. - Manage and communicate
- related requests with stakeholders (Statistics; KPIS; presentations; etc. ). - Provide regular updates, including:
- Weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC’s senior management.
- Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators.
- Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports.
- Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perfect fluency in English;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education
- Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance.

Point, Outlook. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
