We are currently looking for an Operational Risk & Privacy Analyst – All genders – Fluent in English - Oporto or Lisbon.

Your future with the Risk Management Team

The Risk Management Team ensures a 360º degree approach to managing the risks affecting Cardif Support, in line with Group/Corporate framework and policies. The team is committed to strengthening risk culture and provides awareness, communication, exercises and training initiatives across the organization to manage evolving risks. It provides active risk opinion to other functions within Cardif Support to enable
- informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Transversal Activities
  • Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced risk culture
  • Develop the existing reporting framework
  • Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for staff
• Specific to Operational Risk & Permanent Control
  • Risk identification, assessment, formalization, reporting, action plans proposals, redaction of Risk Acceptance forms, including analysis,
    - up, formulation of risk mitigation action proposals, performance of
    - checks, and the formulation of risk opinions and recommendations
  • Manage operational risk incidents, including detecting, recording, analyzing,
    - up, and supporting the definition and monitoring of the necessary action plans
• Specific Data Protection
  • Assumes the role of Data Protection & Privacy Manager
  • Contribute to the implementation of a sound data protection framework
  • Identify data protection alerts requiring immediate attention

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit or related fields
• Fluency in English – Portuguese is appreciated
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience
• Very good analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives
• High sense of confidentiality
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• High adaptability & flexibility
