About Responsibilities

The main mission will be:

As Risk Analyst at KLx , you will support the Compliance & Risk team in monitoring regulatory obligations, identifying operational risks and implement an effective internal control plan. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in compliance and risk management within a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Monitoring

- Assist in identifying and tracking risks related to KLx business activities.

- Help to draft and update risk policies and procedures.

- Contribute to the preparation of KLx consolidated risk maps.

- Support the implementation and
- up of the control plan.

- Participate in
- level operational risk controls under supervision.

- Collaborate with business lines to gather input for risk assessments.

Compliance Risk Assistance

- Assess and monitor the application of IT market regulations, Anti- Corruption and others.

- Conduct basic compliance monitoring checks and spot reviews.

- Participate in the drafting and maintenance of compliance procedures and policies.

Reporting & Documentation

- Help to prepare internal and regulatory reports (e. g. , RACI, Risk Management Function Report, Fraud).

- Assist in producing periodic compliance and risk dashboards.

- Contribute to documentation updates and process improvements.

Operational & Project Support

- Participate in
- hoc requests, investigations, and regulatory reviews.

- Support with
- hoc projects.

- Contribute to the dissemination of compliance culture through daily interactions.

Who you are

• Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk or Audit in a Big4 and/or Banking
• Autonomous
• Proactive
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate with different stakeholders
• Excellent intrapersonal skills
• Independent work style,
  - on mentality, and analytical thinking;
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, proficiency in French is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office.
