A Tempovip DMC is a premium Destination Management Company, working with international partners and
- end clients. We are expanding our Operations & Customer Service team and looking for a motivated, organised and
- oriented professional to join us in Lisbon.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide support and information to international clients
  • Manage and monitor tourism services from booking to delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and partners
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Support daily operational activities and handle
    - site requests when needed


Profile


  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Tourism Operations, Concierge or Hospitality
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organisational and
    - management skills
  • Attention to detail and
    - solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to start in the short term

  • Salary adjusted to the role and level of experience

  • Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00 | 10:00–19:00
  • Weekend rotation (on-call / hybrid every 3 weeks)
