A Tempovip DMC is a premium Destination Management Company, working with international partners and
- end clients. We are expanding our Operations & Customer Service team and looking for a motivated, organised and
- oriented professional to join us in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and information to international clients
- Manage and monitor tourism services from booking to delivery
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and partners
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Support daily operational activities and handle
- site requests when needed
Profile
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Tourism Operations, Concierge or Hospitality
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organisational and
- management skills - Attention to detail and
- solving mindset - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to start in the short term
What We Offer
- Full-time employment contract
- Salary adjusted to the role and level of experience
- Meal allowance (meal card)
- Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00 | 10:00–19:00
- Weekend rotation (on-call / hybrid every 3 weeks)
