For our offices in Porto, we are looking for an Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our
- time,
- person team.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, your role will be crucial for the company's growth, combining your customer support skills with order and shipping management:

• You will be a point of contact for our customers via chat, email and phone, providing advice and building loyalty with our customer base.
• You will be responsible for the careful and accurate preparation and dispatch of orders.
• You will work closely with the Business Manager and Marketing & Sales Manager to resolve any discrepancies with products, orders, campaigns, issues, etc.
• You will participate in the prospecting and attraction of new customers, contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Who We're Looking For

• You have at least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• You have a command of at least one foreign language (English, French, or German).
• You are an organised and
  - oriented person, with a strong sense of autonomy.
• You have the ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• You are proficient in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Windows packages.
• You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.

What We Value

• Previous experience in orders management and logistics.
• Experience or training in the areas of healthcare, management, or marketing.
• A command of more than one foreign language.
