We’re a lean European investment group focused on building structured, profitable companies — with zero tolerance for chaos or bloated bureaucracy.

We work directly with business owners, operators and execution teams.

Now, we’re building a reporting & support hub in Portugal, and we’re hiring the person who will set it up, run it, and scale it.

? Your Role

This is not a passive role. You’ll build the hub, but also do the work.

You’ll gradually take over key administrative tasks from existing companies and centralize them into the hub, bringing structure, speed and clarity.

You will:

- Deliver weekly KPI dashboards, ESG updates, and cash reporting

- Support invoicing, inbox
- up, and supplier tracking

- Prepare OTA and pricing analytics for hospitality and service teams

- Structure SOPs, templates and reporting logic (Excel, Notion, Slides)

- Gradually take over operational admin tasks from local companies

- Build and lead a small team (2–4 people) over the next 12 months

- Liaise directly with the founding team in Belgium

✅ You’re a fit if you:

- Have 3–6 years of experience in operations, finance, backoffice or reporting

- Think clearly, work reliably, and enjoy structured execution

- Are fluent in English (C1+) and write professionally

- Are comfortable with Notion, Google Sheets, Excel, Power
Point

- Enjoy ownership and want to build systems that actually work

- Are open to travel to Belgium 3–4x per year (fully paid)
