Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and
- oriented Operations & Staffing Analyst to support business operations and resource management. You will collaborate with leadership across departments to ensure efficient staffing, smooth operational processes, and strategic support for project delivery. You will optimize resource allocation, improve workflows, and contribute to organizational growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Support

- end staffing processes, including planning assignments and managing resource extensions based on capacity and demand. - Collaborate with leadership to monitor and improve resource utilization and quality metrics.
- Participate in meetings with client and internal stakeholders, capturing action items and supporting
- ups. - Continuously assess capacity across teams to support optimal team setups.
- Engage with team members and managers to understand skills, career goals, and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Contribute to lean and
- driven staffing operations, including skill mapping and cataloging. - Escalate
- risk or sensitive staffing issues to appropriate leadership. - Maintain accurate records and system updates related to staffing and resource planning.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions for outliers.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to initiate hiring processes aligned with current and future demand.
- Evaluate the impact of staffing decisions on financials, client relationships, and team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Understanding of business operations, policies, and procedures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with market analysis, financial planning, and capacity management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to transparency.
- Background in Operations, Resource Management, Accounting and Finance, HR, Talent Management, Procurement, or Project Management is advantageous.
