Overview

Operations Analyst (Italian/German - Speaker) role at Indie Campers. Regional Operations Analyst is part of the Central Europe Regional Team focusing on execution of regional processes and managing local depots and teams. You will execute daily operations to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and regional operational efficiency. You will own

- end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects,

- day property management, health and safety compliance, and procuring a network of partners.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with team members and local operations. Your actions will have a direct impact on results.

What you will work on

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as the regional point of contact with local partners and suppliers to guarantee daily execution of local operations, assessing quality and throughput against defined standards (real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning services, etc. ).
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operation.
• Support the evolution of
  - estate standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers when required.
• Lead expansion of the network through real estate procurement, negotiation, and expanding the supplier network.
• Contribute to achieving efficiency targets for your region.

Who we are looking for

• Background in Business or similar education.
• Prone to action; proactive in addressing operational needs and ensuring smooth workflows. Experience in procurement execution and supplier management is a plus.
• Organised and analytical;
  - driven, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with adherence to detailed procedures.
• Team player with willingness to collaborate with local teams.
• Adaptable and resilient; able to respond to unforeseen events while following procedures.
• Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
• Fluent in English required; German and/or Italian skills are a plus.
