The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as an Operations Analyst for a national project.

Your Day to Day

• Price payoff formulas for exotic derivatives;
• Minimize operational and fraud risks by implementing regular and sufficient controls inherent to the role, and reporting to relevant teams when necessary;
• Escalate identified issues to management, Front Office, and/or permanent control teams;
• Maintain risk levels (financial, reputational, regulatory, legal) as low as possible;
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mathematical skills and solid finance background, particularly in derivatives;
• Good understanding of financial markets, OTC derivatives, and swap lifecycle;
• High analytical ability and problem‑solving mindset;
• Strong risk awareness and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
