- Build relationships with guests based on trust and respect. - Support and assist the reception and housekeeping team with day to day operations. - Have a holistic approach while being able to solve problems tactfully in order to ensure client and guest satisfaction while on the other hand to wisely use costs for resources. - Manage Reservations ang Guest Communication (Front Office & Back Office)**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English - French and Spanish would be a plus. - Located in Lisbon- Experience in reception, tourism, hospitality. - Willingness to work at weekends. - Available to work at any schedule, - An individual who's able to work under pressure being calm and composed. - Fast problem solver;
being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem. - Experience in delivering
- focused solutions based on their need and satisfaction. - Team player;
able to work in an environment with
