What you'll do

• Manage and lead Operations Supervisors to ensure
  - quality service delivery and consistently meet performance targets;
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and professional growth;
• Track KPIs, set performance goals, and develop strategies to improve performance;
• Manage escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and professional resolutions;
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, solving problems to ensure continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher);
• Proven experience managing teams (mandatory);
• Background in sales and/or digital marketing;
• Strong leadership skills and a sharp
