Operations Assistant

to join their team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic experience in the hospitality and urban property management sector. The contract will last for one year, with an immediate start.

Your New Role

• Welcoming guests as they arrive, making sure they have the best possible
  - in
• Checking each property before guest arrival to make sure it's ready and looking awesome
• Assisting with onboarding new properties
• Reporting any property issues, including, but not limited to, maintenance, cleaning, and providing suggestions for improvement to the property
• Assisting with the finer touches to create experiences: dropping off welcome packs, setting up baby cots etc.
• Providing operational cover on weekends to coordinate teams and ensure necessary tasks are completed
• Supporting the team with occasional administrative duties related to local regulations

What You Need to Succeed

• Drive License and own vehicle.
• Someone who genuinely cares about each guest's experience.
• Experience in basic maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of the city/tourist experiences.
• Tech savvy.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience in similar roles (minimum of 1 year) is valued but not mandatory.
• Flexible schedule with availability in the evenings and on weekends.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and
