Responsibilities:
- Build genuine relationships with guests based on trust and excellent service
- Support operational teams such as Maintenance and Housekeeping in daily activities
- Approach
- solving holistically, ensuring guest and client satisfaction while managing resources effectively - Oversee and manage reservations, guest communications, and support Front Office and Back Office operations
- Coordinate daily operations using our Property Management System (PMS) and other internal platforms
