Job Description:

We’re looking for a
- oriented and versatile Operations Associate (part-time) to support our team across multiple operational areas. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth
-
- day functioning of our workspace while handling administrative, legal, and logistical tasks. Your responsibilities include office upkeep, asset tracking, supporting logistics, legal administration, insurance, procurement, and project support.

Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility.

Here is what you will do:

1. Office Management
2. Maintain a
   - friendly office environment
3. Ensure supplies are stocked
4. Oversee cleaning and workspace upkeep
5. Monitor health and safety standards
6. Manage shared email inboxes
7. Manage physical assets and onboarding/offboarding processes

1. Legal Administration
2. Manage NDAs and agreements via Docu
   Sign
3. Support legal admin tasks

1. Insurance
2. Oversee insurance matters with our broker

1. Logistics & Procurement
2. Coordinate purchases with management
3. Support team events and activities
4. Arrange transportation
5. Manage supplier relationships

1. Project Support
2. Assist with event and exhibition logistics
3. Prepare and track timesheets

Qualifications include proven experience in administration or office coordination, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in office software, ability to coordinate logistics remotely, familiarity with booking platforms, a proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
