About the Role
The Operations Associate role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a

Key Responsibilities
- Build authentic relationships with guests through excellent communication and support
- Act as a bridge between teams (e. g. , Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience), ensuring smooth operations
- Oversee reservations and guest communication across Front and Back Office functions
- Use our Property Management System (PMS) and internal platforms to coordinate and update operations in real time

We-'re seeking someone proactive, adaptable, and motivated by delivering great service. Ideally, you bring:
- Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Lisbon, with full availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.

- site role based at our Lisbon office. - Experience in hospitality, reception, tourism, or
- facing roles - Calm under pressure, with the ability to think fast and remain composed
- Problem-solving mindset, eager to take initiative and find solutions
