Job Summary

The SSV Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate (Remote) to support its growing blockchain operations. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth execution of daily activities, manage resources, and assist in project coordination. The Operations Associate will be responsible for logistics, documentation, and team collaboration, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization’s operations in the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, thrives in a remote environment, and is comfortable working in a
- paced, innovative space like blockchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of
  - related projects.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget by managing timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and update project reports and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for communication between the Operations Manager and other departments within the foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Law or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a Law firm or blockchain company.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a
  - paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, or Discord.
• Understanding of the blockchain industry and its operational challenges - Advantage
• Experience working with remote teams and project management tools - Advantage

• This position is fully remote, and candidates must be able to work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones, as required by blockchain industry partners or project needs.
