? What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role bridges operational strategy and

- day execution, with a strong focus on Maintenance and support to Property Implementations.

- paced and operationally complex environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision and continuous improvement of our maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control and operational excellence across our property portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping maintenance strategy, optimizing processes and supporting the scalability of Host Wise’s operations.

• Oversee Maintenance Operations, managing priorities, capacity planning and performance (costs and quality).
• Provide technical and analytical oversight of maintenance activities, identifying recurring issues and defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Control maintenance costs and budgets, including supplier management and
  - efficiency actions.
• Support the Implementations Team by assisting the current manager in planning and coordinating new property onboardings.
• Organize and prepare the invoicing process for maintenance services provided to property owners.

Skills for the role

• 3+ years of professional experience (operations, maintenance or facilities management is a plus).
• Higher education degree (Civil Engineering is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, with
  - on experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and manage costs, including budget control, supplier negotiation and performance tracking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work
  - functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
