Our client is a

Your Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them via chat, email, or phone. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service while solving issues efficiently and with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer queries with a focus on
- contact resolution. - Take ownership of customer issues

- end, including complex cases. - Support fraud investigations, disputes (including chargebacks), and complaints.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating when necessary.
- Share knowledge and coach teammates to improve processes.
- Stay adaptable and proactive in a
- paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- C1/C2 level of English.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
- Experience working for the Irish market (it is not mandatory that you have worked physically in Ireland — only that you have supported the Irish market).
- Strong communication skills with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to make fair and independent decisions in complex cases.
- Team player with emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Quick to learn new systems and tools (experience with Slack and GSuite is a plus).

- Salary — monthly simulation (gross, before taxes)
- Base Salary: €1, 448. 00
- Christmas allowance (monthly portion): €120. 67
- Holiday allowance (monthly portion): €120. 67
- Meal allowance (7. 00€ per day): €154. 00

- Variable productivity bonus (before taxes): up to €300. 00
