Are you fluent in Dutch/Flemish and a coffee enthusiast? We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish speakers to become Operations Customer Experts in Lisbon!

Serve customers via inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, promptly addressing their needs and expectations.
Achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized, professional communication, applying brand tone to every interaction.
Utilize all available skills and information to resolve issues on first contact and prevent repeat calls.
Act as an ambassador with specialized knowledge of products, sustainability services, and commitments, continuously learning and improving.
Create sales and customer retention opportunities by understanding customer habits and offering relevant products and services.

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English
Experience in Customer Service
Highly motivated and
- oriented
Excellent communication skills

Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 hours/day between 7 am to 7 pm, with 2 days off per week, rotating shifts
