You speak Dutch and you have a passion in Healthcare? We are recruiting Dutch speaker for Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon!!
- Customer Support: Provide assistance via phone, email, and chat for inquiries about insulin pumps, accessories, and related services.
- Product Expertise: Share comprehensive information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions tailored to their needs.
- Technical Assistance: Assist customers in connecting insulin pumps to smartphone apps for seamless integration and optimal usability.
- Empathetic Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries with a high level of empathy, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust in every interaction.
- User Guidance: Educate and guide users on the effective use and management of their insulin pumps, empowering them to navigate their healthcare journey confidently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and inquiries using the SAP CRM system for accurate tracking and
- up. - Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to
- level support or management, ensuring prompt resolution. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with local 2nd Level Support and internal departments to provide efficient and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Database Management: Perform routine customer service tasks, including updating and maintaining the customer database.
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct
- up communications to assess and enhance customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement. - Complaint Management: Handle complaints and oversee the returns process in compliance with company policies.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Fluent in Dutch& English (C1)
- Experience in Customer Support/Technical Support
- Great communication
- High school diploma minimum
- Valid work permit in Portugal
