Operations Executive
Job Description
● Provide people management and development responsibilities and ensure team service level standards are met.
● Assist in overseeing new client onboarding and assist in implementing process enhancements to improve client onboarding experience.
● Monitor periodic review to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
● Prepare daily and weekly metrics and progress reports on respective team performance.
● Being the contact point for any question arising from any internal/external stakeholders.
● Provide support to the operations team in the

- day running of business.
● Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
● Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
● Relevant tertiary education certification (Higher Diploma / Degree / Master / etc) ● At least 1 year of experience in this position within previous jobs.
● Possessed commanding Native Language & English languages in both written and verbal. Other language(s) are an added advantage.
● Prior experience in managing a small team will be ideal
● Customer-first mindset and keen to help people in solving their problems.
● Attention to detail, committed to work and keen to learn.
● Willing to Work from home
● Willing to work in shifts; 9. 30AM-6. 30PM, or, 6. 00PM to 3. 00AM (GMT+8) (Work Frome Home). Saturday shifts will be required on demand.
