We are looking for a Operations Financial Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities:

• Leads all budgeting and forecasting processes for Operations management.
• Maintains and assures alignment of referential data with the Operations structure.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly headcount and expense reports, comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
• Oversees the annual allocation key exercises, manages the reinvoicing process, collaborates with other teams to define and verify monthly accruals, and provides critical information and analysis to assist Senior Management in
  - making.

Profile:

• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• More than 1 year of experience in Banking Services or Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Driven to teamwork.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Hybrid work arrangement - office in Lisbon (1-2 days per week).
