We are seeking an Operations Integration Engineer to ensure the operability, reliability, and performance of production systems in our RUN OPEN environment. You will play a key role in managing batch operations through Control-M , providing Level 2 support, resolving incidents, maintaining operational documentation, and driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, monitor, and execute batch jobs using Control-M .
• React promptly to production incidents and SLA breaches .
• Analyse, restart, and recover failed treatments and system processes.
• Support and document releases, deployments , and operational procedures .
• Collaborate closely with application teams, shared services, and external vendors .
• Promote automation, observability , and Dev
  Ops best practices across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration and scripting .
• Proven experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M) .
