We are hiring Operations Integrators – Control-M (junior to senior levels)!

Responsabilities:

• Ensure operational and application activities (Z/OS) as a Level 2 Support.
• Scheduling & Supervision
• Define, plan, and execute batch jobs using TWS and Control-M .
• Monitor processing activities in real time.
• Respond to incidents (abends, dependency anomalies, SLA breaches).
• Daily Operations
• Launch and control Z/OS and Control-M production processes.
• Perform recovery actions in case of incidents.
• Manage or intervene in
  - related issues (disk spaces, JES queues, catalogs, GDG, datasets).
• Monitor file transfers.
• Handle incidents related to file transfers.
• Support & Continuous Improvement.
• Provide technical support to application teams.
• Optimize processing chains and reduce batch execution times.
• Participate in production releases and system changes.
• Carry out scheduled and
  - hoc interventions (off-hours).
• Documentation & Reporting.
• Draft operational procedures and runbooks.
• Maintain
  -
  - date documentation.
• Produce reports on job availability and performance.
• Integration & Coordination.
• Support the team in solution delivery in coordination with the Project Manager / Scrum
  Ops.
• Act as a technical integrator.
• Ensure compliance with Dev
  Ops best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability).

• Z/OS (System Monitoring)
• JCL (Job Control Language)
• E-GEN (or similar tools)
• TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler)
• ITSM tools (Service
  Now)
• Open Systems (Windows, Linux)
• FHS (File Hierarchy Standard)
• Networking
• Control-M
• CFT / Connect:Direct (File Transfers)
• Application Servers (mandatory)
• English (minimum B2 - mandatory)

Working model :

• Remote from Portugal.
