Operations Junior Specialist – Support Team
You will be an integral member of the Administrative LCC Team in Lisbon, providing
- quality support to Senior Leaders, contributing to the efficient management of operational and administrative processes. You will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions. In this role, you will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, take ownership of specific workflows, and represent BCG with professionalism and integrity, always upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
You Are Good At
- Partnering with stakeholders to independently manage medical reimbursement processes and other related administrative tasks;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our health care fund and health insurance broker, facilitating smooth communication and efficient scheduling between internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Processing documentation with precision and timeliness, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards;
- Collaborating closely with Operations colleagues (Payroll) to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of administrative procedures;
- Acting with a problem‑solving mindset, anticipating needs and proposing solutions to improve both user and team experience.
The support will be focused on the activities listed above but not limited to them.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant previous experience in operations/admin department in large international environments;
- University degree preferred;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English;
- Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Power
Point, Excel) and openness to learning new systems and digital tools; - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality;
- Proactivity and reliability, with a goal‑oriented approach and the ability to work with autonomy, taking full responsibility for assigned processes;
- A client‑service mindset, with the ability to understand stakeholders’ needs and deliver solutions effectively.
Who You’ll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
