Key job responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels, meeting business objectives across all shifts
- Support and lead a team while handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture
- Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service
- Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
A day in the life
You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks will include team management, addressing escalations, process improvement initiatives, and operational contingency planning.
As part of the operations team, you’ll coordinate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analyzing data and performance metrics and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or working towards one)
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Relevant experience in data analysis
Preferred qualifications
- Experience communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience in a logistical environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
