We're looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d) based in Porto area who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will be working in an international team and responsible for managing all operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners based in the north of Portugal and the northwest of Spain.

About The Role

• Work with other teams to build, maintain, and develop
  - lasting partnerships with bus partners and strengthen Flix’s presence in bus terminals within the area.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.
• Train, support, and develop bus drivers, conducting regular inspections to meet quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure the accurate start of each new line, driving continuous improvement in line operations, fleet, drivers, and punctuality.
• Participate in
  - functional operational projects.
• Provide field support for bus station management and other structures in the area, coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations.

About You

• 3-6 years of experience in transportation operations in Portugal and/or Spain or a dynamic daily environment handling requests.
• Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese (native or
  - level), fluent in English. Language skills will be tested.
• Strong social and negotiation skills to deal with stakeholders like terminal managers, drivers, and regional authorities.
• Trustworthy, engaged, flexible, with a
  - on approach.
• Organized, independent, reliable, and responsible.
• Capable of motivating stakeholders and prioritizing tasks between daily requests and
  - term projects.
• Willing to travel regularly within Porto and at least
  - monthly to Lisbon.
