Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our client relocation projects, manage logistics, and coordinate with local suppliers and authorities. This is a on role ideal for someone who thrives in paced, cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day operations and project timelines
- Coordinate with legal, HR, and finance teams
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and government agencies
- Ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and optimize workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations, industrial project management, or relocation services
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working with international clients preferred
