To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Previous experience of CX and/or BPO environment at Operations Manager or similar level
• Experience in Team management
• Able to manage profit and loss
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
• Skilled at working with clients and their needs
• Willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
• C1/native written and spoken proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Good Spanish language skills would be a bonus
