Responsibilities
- Lead Repair, Field Services & Customer Care in Portugal, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main customer contact, managing contracts and resolving operational issues.
- Oversee P&L and align activities with budget goals.
- Drive cost savings through efficiency and digital initiatives.
- Manage suppliers and renegotiate contracts to improve margins.
- Foster team engagement, develop leadership, and retain key talent.
- Report monthly to EMEA on performance and financials.
- Analyze operations data to identify and implement improvements.
