I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading international design and furniture company based in central Lisbon, known for its
- end clients and
- class aesthetic. They’re growing and looking for a hands-on, strategic Operations Manager to take the lead on solving challenges and driving excellence across delivery, assembly, and customer issue resolution.

Your Mission

In this role, you’ll be the
- to person when things get complex. Whether it’s a damaged item, a delayed delivery, or a client claim, you’ll lead the charge - professionally, proactively, and with the goal of turning every issue into a win.

You’ll also oversee the teams and systems behind these services, ensuring every process - from warehouse to doorstep - is executed flawlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Complaints & Claims Resolution

• Take full ownership of service issues—investigate, coordinate repairs, manage replacements or insurance claims.
• Communicate with empathy and clarity to turn client frustration into satisfaction.
• Follow through relentlessly until every claim is closed and the client is happy.

Delivery & Assembly Oversight

• Lead and coach delivery/assembly teams to provide
  - glove service in premium homes and offices.
• Plan and optimize daily schedules, ensuring clear communication and
  - time execution.
• Make sure every piece arrives safely, is installed flawlessly, and the site is spotless before the team leaves.

Operational Management & Improvement

• Analyze operations from warehouse to delivery and implement smart, practical improvements.
• Track performance, identify gaps, and continuously raise service standards.
• Manage tools, fleet, and inventory to ensure readiness and reliability.

Who You Are

• Experienced in logistics, operations, or field service, ideally in furniture.
• Hands-on,
  - driven, and not afraid to get involved when problems arise.
• Exceptional communicator who stays calm under pressure and always puts the client first.
• Organized, efficient, and always thinking one step ahead.
• !!! Fluent in English and Portuguese.
