Responsibilities
Lead Repair, Field Services & Customer Care in Portugal, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
Act as the main customer contact, managing contracts and resolving operational issues.
Oversee P&L and align activities with budget goals.
Drive cost savings through efficiency and digital initiatives.
Manage suppliers and renegotiate contracts to improve margins.
Foster team engagement, develop leadership, and retain key talent.
Report monthly to EMEA on performance and financials.
Analyze operations data to identify and implement improvements.
