Operations Planning Specialist

Supply Chain Planner – Cacém, Sintra

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner to ensure seamless production planning and synchronization between internal teams and copackers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize production based on forecasts and stock;
• Manage sequencing and minimize downtime;
• Align production, sales, and quality teams;
• Coordinate with copackers and monitor KPIs;
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Engineering, or Logistics;
• 2–5 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing;
• Excel proficiency and strong analytical mindset;
• Excellent communicator,
  - solver, adaptable;
• Intermediate English.
