As we scale, we're looking for an experienced and motivated
Operations / Process Engineer
to help us streamline and improve our internal operations.
The Role
As our
Operations / Process Engineer
, you'll play a central role in managing internal operations across departments — from engineering to production and logistics — and liaising with suppliers to ensure efficiency, quality, and
- time delivery.
You'll work independently (with support from key departments) and report directly to the
Head of Production
. The ideal candidate is
hands-on, organized, and proactive
, with strong operational experience and a passion for
- solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with
engineering, commercial, and production teams
to align internal processes. - Track inventory
, check availability of components, and support restocking workflows. - Monitor, register, and improve internal operational processes
and documentation. - Inspect and validate finished products
to ensure readiness for delivery. - Support
production tracking
and oversee key delivery operations. - Interface with
external suppliers
for timelines, purchasing, and deliveries. - Identify
opportunities for process improvement
and assist in their implementation. - Keep operational records clear, updated, and
- ready.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(mandatory). - 2+ years of experience
in a similar role within production, operations, or process engineering. - Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, logistics, and internal operations
. - Fluent in English
(reading and writing). - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-driven,
- oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Ability to multitask and prioritize under evolving deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in
robotics, automation
, or
- driven assembly environments
. - Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic inventory tracking tools.
- Exposure to

or small agile teams. - Candidate should reside within driving distance of our Sintra office
