We are experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

We are looking for a Operations Specialist for the Italian Market to make part of our Operations team.

Missions

• Act as the primary contact for clients during the installation process;
• Guide clientsthrough remote installations, ensuring all systems are correctly configured and operational;
• Provide timely and efficient
  - level technical support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve basic issues;
• Support clients with
  - related questions and minor technical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with Technicians, escalating more complex technical issues, when needed;
• Ensure all client interactions and technical updates are properly recorded in Salesforce;
• Contribute tothe continuous improvement of operational procedures and client support resources.
• You demonstrate an experience in a
  - facing technical support or operations role;
• You possess strong
  - solving skills;
• You have a basic technical knowledge of systems, networks, or IT environments (hardware / software familiarity);
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a
  - friendly way;
• You're organized,
  - oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a
  - paced environment;
• You're a realteam player who thrives in a collaborative,
  - functional setting;
• You're fluent in English and you have a C2 Level or you're native in Italian.
