Your main responsibilities include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for clients during installations;
• Guiding clients through remote setup processes to ensure proper configuration;
• Providing
  - level technical support and troubleshooting;
• Supporting clients with maintenance questions and minor technical issues;
• Collaborating with Technicians and escalating complex issues as needed;
• Documenting all client interactions and updates in Salesforce;
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in operational procedures and support resources.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Experience in
  - facing technical support or operations;
• Strong
  - solving skills;
• Basic knowledge of systems, networks, or IT environments;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly;
• Organized,
  - oriented, and capable of multitasking in a
  - paced environment;
• Team player who enjoys collaboration;
• Proficiency in English at C2 level or native speaker.
